Přípravný proces a edukační přínos simulovaných situací v první pomoci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití simulované medicíny ve výuce první pomoci a její edukační přínos do samotné výuky. Teoretická část je tvořena přehledem o tom, co je to simulovaná medicína, jak se při výuce první pomoci uplatňuje zážitková pedagogika a stručný přehled výuky první pomoci v České republice pro širokou veřejnost. Teoretická část obsáhle popisuje využití simulované medicíny, jak by měla probíhat výuka za pomocí simulované medicíny a jak správně a efektivně zapojit simulovanou medicínu do edukačního procesu. Dále můžeme v teoretické části nalézt odpověď na to, co je to zážitková pedagogika, principy jejího fungování a jak lze využít zážitkovou pedagogiku ve výuce první pomoci. V poslední řadě můžeme v teoretické části nalézt jednoduchý přehled o výuce první pomoci na území České republiky. Praktická část sestává z testového šetření, které se skládá ze dvou identických testů psaných před absolvováním simulovaných situací a po absolvování simulovaných situací. Přehledné vyhodnocení testů můžeme nalézt v kapitole Výsledky, kde je přehledně každá otázka prezentována pomocí tabulek. Na konci kapitoly výsledky můžeme ještě nalézt finální zhodnocení celého testu. Na základě pročtené literatury a výsledků z testového šetření popisuji v kapitole Diskuse edukační dopad simulovaných situací na výuku v první pomoci. Díky výsledkům a nastudované literatuře bylo možné cíl práce splnit. V závěru bakalářské práce je celá problematika, kterou práce řeší, shrnuta a je připomenut dosažený cíl. Celý text se uzavírá krátkým zrekapitulováním, co bakalářská práce chtěla dosáhnout svým teoretickým a praktickým obsahem.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of simulated medicine in first aid education and its educational contribution to the teaching itself. The theoretical part consists of an overview of what simulated medicine is, how experiential pedagogy is applied in first aid teaching and a brief overview of first aid teaching in the Czech Republic for the general public. The theoretical part describes the use of simulated medicine, how teaching using simulated medicine should take place and how to properly and effectively incorporate simulated medicine into the educational process. Furthermore, in the theoretical part we can find the answer to what is experiential pedagogy, the principles of its functioning and how experiential pedagogy can be used in teaching first aid. Finally, in the theoretical part we can find a simple overview of first aid education in the Czech Republic. The practical part consists of a test investigation, which consists of two identical tests written before and after the simulated situations. a clear evaluation of the tests can be found in the Results chapter, where each question is clearly presented using graphs and tables. At the end of the Results chapter, we can still find the final evaluation of the whole test. Based on the literature read and the results from the test investigation, i describe in the Discussion chapter the educational impact of simulated situations on first aid teaching. Thanks to the results and the literature studied, the aim of the thesis could be fulfilled. In the conclusion of the bachelor’s thesis, the whole issue addressed by the thesis is summarised and the achieved aim and hypotheses are recalled. It briefly concludes by summarizing what the bachelor thesis wanted to achieve with its theoretical and practical content.
