Budoucnost báňské záchranné služby v České republice

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o báňské záchranné službě v České republice. Zaměřuje se na její budoucnost a fungování, po útlumu hornické činnosti. Popisuje její možnosti využití v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. V teoretické části se zaměřuje na její historii, současné fungování, popisuje zásahy v podzemí a legislativu. Praktická část pomocí modifikované SWOT analýzy báňské záchranné služby předkládá její současný stav. Hodnotí zde její silné a slabé stránky. Poukazuje na hrozby a příležitosti této organizace. Popisuje zde zahraniční útvary, které se zabývají záchrannou životů a majetku v oblasti hornictví. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak by mohla báňská záchranná služba fungovat v budoucnu, po ukončení hornické činnosti. Ve shrnutí výsledků dochází k porovnání báňských záchranných služeb ze zahraničí. Porovnává fungování, organizační strukturu a financování. V závěru, bakalářská práce dochází k návrhu, jak organizovat báňskou záchrannou službu po ukončení hornické činnosti. Navrhuje redukovat počet stávajících báňských záchranných stanic a vytvořit stanici centrální. Pro báňské záchranáře hledá nové oblasti působnosti, mimo oblast hornictví.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the Mining Rescue Service in the Czech Republic. It focuses on its future and functioning after the decline of mining activities. It describes its potential uses within the Czech Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part will focus on the history and current state of the service, along with a description of their underground interventions and legislation surrounding it. Through the help of a modified SWOT analysis, the practical part will present the current state of the service. It evaluates its strengths and weaknesses, as well as highlights the threats and opportunities for this organization; it also describes foreign units involved in the rescue service in the mining sector. The aim of this thesis is to explore how the Mining Rescue Service may operate in the future after the cessation of mining activities. The results compare mining rescue services from abroad, comparing their functioning, organizational structure and financing. In its conclusion, this bachelor's thesis proposes a strategy for organizing the Mining Rescue Service after the cessation of mining activities. It suggests reducing the number of existing mining rescue stations and establishing one central station. Furthermore, it strives to find new areas for mining rescuers to operate outside the mining sector.
