Vyhodnocení ohroženosti Obchodního centra Pivovar Děčín

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce vyhodnocuje ohroženost Obchodního centra Pivovar Děčín. Nahlíží na obchodní centrum jako na měkký cíl, kterým bezpochyby je. V teoretické části jsou popsány poznatky ze studia literatury, legislativních a nelegislativních dokumentů na téma měkkých cílů. Jsou definovány měkké cíle a popsáno jejich dělení a způsoby jejich ochrany. Pro srovnání a pro ukázku toho, co reálně hrozí jsou uvedeny útoky, které se uskutečnili v obchodních centrech, nebo jejich bezprostřední blízkosti. Dále je charakterizováno a popsáno Obchodní centrum Pivovar Děčín a je zasazeno do bezpečnostního prostředí ve městě Děčín. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení ohroženosti Obchodní centrum Pivovar Děčín dle metodiky ministerstva vnitra Vyhodnocení ohroženosti měkkého cíle, aneb co, kdy, kde a od koho vám hrozí. Bylo definováno, co chceme chránit, proti komu chceme chránit a jakými způsoby útoku nebezpečí hrozí, stejně jako místa v rámci obchodního centra, kde útok hrozí a načasování útoku. Provedenou analýzou bylo zjištěno 5 nejzávažnějších způsobů útoků a na tomto základě byla doporučena ekonomicky přijatelná opatření ke snížení těchto, ale i jiných rizik.

The diploma thesis evaluates the threat level of The Shopping Mall Pivovar Decin as a soft target, which it undoubtedly is. In the theoretical part, there are findings learned from study of literature as well as legislative and non-legislative documents on the topic of soft targets. Soft targets are defined in the thesis, it is shown that there are different types of soft targets and there are described methods of their protection. Attacks on shopping centers, that took place all over the world are shown for comparison and to show what is at stake. Pivovar Decin is characterized and described as well as its security environment and its location in the city of Decin The practical part focuses on the evaluation of Pivovar Decin as a soft target, i.e. it says, what do we want to protect, from whom do we want to protect it and what methods of attacks are common in the area and field. Different times and different locations of possible attack are also stated in this thesis. Through the conducted analysis, five most severe attack methods were identified and based on that, economically viable measures were recommended to reduce the risk of these attacks and also other risks.
