Analýza vývoje trestné činnosti v ČR za roky 2015-2021

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje trestné činnosti na území ČR v letech 2015-2021 a identifikací faktorů, které kriminalitu ovlivňují. Teoretická část práce pojednává o charakteristice trestného činu, jeho znacích a právních předpisech. Dále se práce zabývá pachatelem, jeho motivací, příčinami, osobnostní typologií a popisuje kriminogenní faktory, včetně těch, které ovlivňují mládež. V poslední části jsou představeny prevenční opatření a kategorie kriminality. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze vývoje trestné činnosti na základě policejních statistik. Součástí je interpretace výsledků získaných z rozhovorů s příslušníky PČR útvaru SKPV, státními zástupci a soudci. V poslední části jsou shrnuta hlavní zjištění práce, včetně faktorů, které ovlivňují kriminalitu, a jsou zde prezentována doporučení pro eliminaci kriminality.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the development of criminal activity in the territory of the Czech Republic in the years 2015-2021 and identifying factors that influence crime. The theoretical part of the work discusses the characteristics of the crime, its signs and legal regulations. Furthermore, the work deals with the offender, his motivation, causes and personality typology, and describes criminogenic factors, including those that affect youth. In the last part, preventive measures are presented and crime categories. The practical part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the development of criminal activity based on police statistics. Part of it is the interpretation of the results obtained from interviews with members of the PCR of the SKPV department, prosecutors, and judges. In the last part, the main findings of the work are summarized, including the factors that influence crime, and contains recommendations for the elimination of crime.
