Vliv nošení ochranných pomůcek na posturální stabilitu těla příslušníků integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem nošení balistické vesty na posturální stabilitu. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda má balistická vesta vliv na posturální stabilitu. Práce je řešena formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Předmětem teoretické části je posturální stabilita v kontextu pohybového systému lidského těla a fyzioterapie. Doplněny jsou možnosti měření posturální stability, ergonomie a vlastnosti ochranných vest. V praktické části byla hodnocena posturální stabilita 19 mužů z řad integrovaného záchranného systému v osmi různých pozicích. Pro měření byla využita balanční plošina Nintendo Wii a balanční podložka Airex. Z výsledků vyplývá, že balistická vesta nijak významně neovlivnila posturální stabilitu ani při statickém stoji, ani při výpadu. Při statickém stoji není nijak signifikantní rozdíl mezi zatížením dolních končetin ani s balistickou vestou, ani balanční podložkou. Při výpadu bylo zjištěno větší zatížení zadní dolní končetiny. Vyhodnocená data jsou statisticky zpracována a prezentována formou tabulek, grafů a slovního popisu. V diskuzi jsou výsledky podrobně rozebrány a porovnány se studiemi jiných autorů. Závěr stručně shrnuje dosažené cíle práce a hodnotí přínos práce.

This diploma thesis deals with the effect of wearing a ballistic vest on postural stability. The aim of the work is to find out, whether the ballistic vest has an effect on postural stability. The work is solved in the form of quantitative research. The subject of the theoretical part is postural stability in the context of the musculoskeletal system of the human body and physiotherapy. Methods for measuring postural stability, ergonomics and characteristics of protective vests have been added. In the practical part, the postural stability of 19 men from the integrated rescue system was evaluated in eight different positions. A Nintendo Wii balance platform and an Airex balance pad were used for the measurement. The results show that the ballistic vest did not significantly affect postural stability either during static standing or during a lunge. During static standing, there is no significant difference between the load on the lower limbs with either the ballistic vest or the balance pad. A greater load on the rear lower limb was found during the lunge. The evaluated data are statistically processed and presented in the form of tables, graphs and verbal descriptions. In the discussion, the results are discussed in detail and compared with studies by other authors. The conclusion briefly summarizes the achieved goals of the work and evaluates the contribution of the work.
