Hodnocení efektivity Mechanické diagnostiky a terapie v telerehabilitační intervenci

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím Mechanické diagnostiky a terapie, známé také jako McKenzie koncept, v telerehabilitační formě. Jejím hlavním cílem je zhodnotit účinnost tohoto terapeutického postupu při léčbě bolestí bederní páteře prostřednictvím distanční terapie a poskytnout ucelený přehled o jeho využití v rámci telerehabilitace. V rámci rešerše jsou představeny základní principy McKenzie konceptu a proveden přehled dosavadních studií zabývajících se jeho aplikací v praxi. Dále jsou analyzovány aktuální trendy a možnosti využití telerehabilitačních přístupů v širším spektru rehabilitačního prostředí. Praktická část se zaměřuje na porovnání telerehabilitačního a konvenčního terapeutického přístupu, přičemž jsou hodnocena kritéria míry bolesti, disabilit a kvality života. Výsledky naznačují, že distanční forma rehabilitace je srovnatelná s klasickým přístupem. Naměřené hodnoty jsou prezentovány v grafické podobě spolu se statistickým srovnáním a ověřením hypotéz. Diskuze se věnuje shrnutí a komentáři celé práce, rozpracování relevantní současné literatury vztahující se k danému tématu a je provedeno porovnání s vlastními naměřenými výsledky. Rovněž jsou rozebrány konkrétní benefity a bariéry telerehabilitačního přístupu.

This master's thesis explores the use of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, also known as the McKenzie concept, in telerehabilitation. Its main aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of this therapeutic method in the treatment of low back pain through distance therapy and to provide a comprehensive overview of its use in telerehabilitation. The basic principles of the McKenzie method are presented and a review of current studies dealing with its application in practice is conducted. Furthermore, current trends and possibilities of using telerehabilitation approaches in a wider range of rehabilitation settings are analysed. The practical part focuses on the comparison of telerehabilitation and conventional therapeutic approaches, with criteria of pain level, disability and quality of life are evaluated. Results suggest that the telerehabilitation treatment modality is comparable to the conventional approach. The measured values are presented in graphical form along with statistical comparisons and hypothesis testing. The discussion is devoted to a summary and commentary of the entire work, an elaboration of the relevant current literature related to the topic and a comparison with the actual measured outcomes is made. The specific benefits and barriers of the telerehabilitation approach are also discussed.
