Sledování vlivu pasivní opory v bederní části páteře u tetraplegických pacientů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním vlivu pasivní opory bederní páteře u tetraplegických pacientů pomocí předem stanovených parametrů. Aplikována byla intervence pasivního vypodkládání bederní části páteř dle McKenzie metody. V teoretické části byly shrnuty informace týkající se dané problematiky, charakterizován sledovaný soubor probandů, popsán postup sběru dat včetně stanovených zásad a použitých přístrojů. Dále je popsáno vyhodnocení dat. V kapitole Výsledky jsou získaná data zpracovaná dle námi předem stanovených parametrů, které byly měřeny v Centru Paraple, a dále hodnot zaznamenaných probandy doma při autoterapii. Překvapivé výsledky byly zjištěny vyhodnocením dat z měření zatížení hýžďové oblasti a hodnot získaných z numerické škály intenzity bolesti. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou v této části formulovány závěry a vlastní návrhy řešení této problematiky. Výstupem této práce je vytvoření beta verze vyšetřovacího formuláře pro bederní páteř dle mechanické diagnostiky a terapie dle Robina McKenzie (MDT) pro jedince s míšní lézí.

This thesis is dedicated to the monitoring of the influence of the lumbar spine passive support at tetraplegic patients by predetermined parameters. We applied the intervention of lumbar spine passive support according to the McKenzie method. This was adapted with regard to the target group. The theoretical part summarizes information concerning the issue at hand. The practical part comprises the description of the probands, the data collecting procedure including the established principles, examined parameters and used devices. Furthermore, the data evaluation follows. The chapter on Results presents the processed data, which were gathered according to our established parameters and measured in the Center Paraple or at home by the probands during their autotherapy. We received surprising results by evaluating the data from measurements of loading gluteal region by pressure mapping and values from the numeric scale of pain intensity. Based on the findings, conclusions were suggested as well as propositions for dealing with the problematics. The output of this research paper is a beta version of an investigating form for the lumbar spine according to the mechanical diagnostics and therapy of Robin McKenzie (MDT) for patients with spinal cord injury.
