Kompatibilita AED přístrojů s přístroji zdravotnické záchranné služby v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompatibilitou automatizovaných externích defibrilátorů (AED) s monitory vitálních funkcí zdravotnických záchranných služeb (ZZS) v rámci České republiky. Jedná se o kvalitativní šetření, které zkoumá celkem 4.169 kusů AED přístrojů v ČR od 24 výrobců. Z celkového počtu, AED v ČR byly nejvíce zastoupeny AED značky Philips 764 ks, LIFEPAK 756 ks a ZOLL 558 ks. V rámci kompatibility AED přístrojů s přístroji ZZS v ČR na tom byl nejlépe Karlovarský kraj, v počtu 46 ks 40 % (ze 115 ks) značky LIFEPAK a Jihomoravský kraj v počtu 151 ks 37,66 % značky LIFEPAK (ze 401 ks) s Královehradeckým krajem v počtu 102 ks 36,69 % (z 278 ks) značky LIFEPAK. Horších výsledků dosahuje Liberecký a Středočeský kraj, kdy kompatibilních AED je v Libereckém kraji pouhých 16 ks 8,99 % (ze 178 ks) značky LIFEPAK a Středočeský kraj v počtu 44 ks 7,89 % (z 558 ks) značky LIFEPAK. Nejnižší počet kompatibilních AED přístrojů měl Pardubický kraj v počtu 9 ks 3,77 % (z 239 ks) značky CORPULS, Plzeňský kraj v počtu 1 ks 0,50 % (z 202 ks) značky CORPULS, Moravskoslezský kraj v počtu 1 ks 0,28 % (z 353 ks) značky CORPULS a nejhůře na tom byla Praha ,která neměla ani jeden kompatibilní AED přístroj z počtu 437 ks. Jak již bylo zmíněno výše, v rámci celé České republiky podle databáze aplikace Záchranka se v ČR nachází 4169 kusů AED od celkem 24 výrobců a nejvíce jsou zastoupené AED od firem Philips, LIFEPAK a ZOLL. Dohromady tyto tři kompatibilní AED tvoří 49,84 % z celkového počtu. V závěru bakalářské práce, předkládám návrhy na zlepšení kompatibility AED s přístroji ZZS, kde lze nalézt několik možností řešení.

The bachelor thesis deals with the compatibility of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) with vital signs monitors in the Czech Republic. It is a qualitative investigation that examines a total of 4,169 AEDs in the Czech Republic from 24 manufacturers. Of the total number of AEDs in the Czech Republic, the most represented AED brands were Philips 764 pcs, LIFEPAK 756 pcs and ZOLL 558 pcs. In terms of compatibility of AEDs with the devices of the Czech Emergency Service, the best performers were the Karlovy Vary Region with 46 pcs 40% (out of 115 pcs) of LIFEPAK brand and the South Moravian Region with 151 pcs 37.66% of LIFEPAK brand (out of 401 pcs) with the Hradec Kralove Region with 102 pcs 36.69% (out of 278 pcs) of LIFEPAK brand. LIFEPAK. The Liberec and Central Bohemia regions achieved worse results, with the number of compatible AEDs in the Liberec Region is only 16 units 8.99% (out of 178 units) LIFEPAK brand and Central Bohemia Region with 44 units 7.89% (out of 558 units) of the brand LIFEPAK. Pardubice Region had the lowest number of compatible AEDs Region with 9 units 3.77% (out of 239 units) of CORPULS brand, Pilsen Region with 10.50 % (out of 202 pcs) of CORPULS brand, Moravian-Silesian Region with 1 pcs 0.28% (out of 353 units) of CORPULS brand and the worst was Prague, which did not have even one compatible AED device out of 437 units. As mentioned above, within the whole Czech Republic, according to the Záchranka database, there are 4169 AEDs from a total of 24 manufacturers and the most represented AEDs are from Philips, LIFEPAK and ZOLL. Together these three compatible AEDs account for 49.84% of the total number. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, I present proposals to improve the compatibility of AEDs with the devices of the Emergency Department, where several possible solutions can be found.
