Multiparametrické hodnocení patologických lézí u vyšetření prsů magnetickou rezonancí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce nejprve seznamuje čtenáře se základní anatomií prsu, sproblematikou nádorového onemocnění prsu a smožnostmi diagnostiky tohoto onemocnění. Dále je zde popsán princip fungování magnetické rezonance, jsou zde vyjmenovány nejčastější sekvence používané pro zobrazení prsu, je zde popsán princip difuzně váženého zobrazení a je zde popsáno i zobrazení s kontrastní látkou. Dále teoretická část této práce čtenáře seznámí i s historií magnetické rezonance a s úlohou radiologického asistenta při vyšetření prsu magnetickou rezonancí. Praktická část práce se zabývá měřením hodnot aparentního difuzního koeficientu patologických lézích prsu u pacientek, které podstoupily vyšetření na magnetické rezonanci včetně aplikace difuzně váženého zobrazení na radiodiagnostické klinice Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady. Práce porovnává naměřené hodnoty aparentního difuzního koeficientu pro benigní a maligní léze a pro konkrétní typy karcinomů. Výsledky této studie jsou prezentovány formou grafů a tabulek a jsou porovnávány s výsledky obdobných výzkumů.

This bachelor‘s thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section provides an overview of the fundamental anatomy of the breast, discusses the issue of breast cancer, and explores various diagnostic methods for this disease. Furthermore, it elucidates the principles underlying magnetic resonance technology, details the most commonly used sequences for breast imaging, and explains the concepts of diffusion weighted imaging and contrast enhanced imaging. Furthermore, the theoretical part of this work introduces the history of magnetic resonance imaging and the role of the radiological assistant in breast magnetic resonance imaging. The practical section focuses on measuring the apparent diffusion coefficient in pathological breast lesions. Data was collected from female patients, who underwent diffusion weighted imaging at the Radiodiagnostic Clinic of Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady. This study compares the measured values of the apparent diffusion coefficient for benign and malignant lesions, as well as for specific types of cancers. The results of this study are presented in graphical and tabular formats and are compared with findings from similar research studies.
