Sebevražedné jednání u příslušníků Policie ČR

Abstract

Obsahem této bakalářské práce je problematika sebevražedného jednání policistů a využití psychologické péče poskytované Policií České republiky (dále jen Policie ČR nebo PČR). Téma této práce je aktuální, protože se zaměřuje na psychickou zátěž, kterou policisté zažívají v důsledku svého neustálého vystavení traumatickým událostem. Tyto zážitky negativně ovlivňují jejich duševní pohodu a psychiku. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů a terminologie. Budou vysvětleny pojmy jako je Policie ČR, stres, syndrom vyhoření, stresové faktory, sebevražda a popsány budou možnosti využití psychologické péče u Policie ČR. Praktická část je zaměřena na sběr dat od příslušníků Policie ČR, kdy k získání výsledků bude využita kvantitativní metoda sběru dat prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které bude realizováno mezi policisty napříč celou strukturou policie bez ohledu na územní zařazení. V samotném závěru práce bude vyhodnocení získaných dat a následná komparace výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů, kteří se zabývali touto problematikou.

The scope of this bachelor thesis is the issue of suicidal behavior of police officers and the use of psychological care provided by the Police of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Police of the CR or the PCR). The topic of this thesis is topical because it focuses on the psychological burden that police officers experience as a result of their constant exposure to traumatic events. These experiences negatively affect their mental well-being and psyche. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of basic concepts and terminology. Concepts such as the Police, stress, burnout syndrome, stress factors, suicide will be explained and the possibilities of using psychological care in the Police will be described. The practical part is focused on data collection from the members of the Police of the Czech Republic, where a quantitative method of data collection will be used to obtain results through an anonymous questionnaire survey, which will be conducted among police officers across the entire police structure regardless of territorial classification. At the very end of the thesis there will be an evaluation of the obtained data and a subsequent comparison of the results with the results of other authors who have dealt with this issue.
