Drony a jejich využití v rámci IZS

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá drony a jejich využitím v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část se věnuje stručnému popisu Integrovaného záchranného systému a jeho dvěma základním složkám, a to Hasičskému záchrannému sboru a Policii České republiky. Dále se teoretická část věnuje dronům obecně, včetně historie, jejich součástem a systémy, kterými mohou být vybaveny. Teoretická část obsahuje také zmínku o legislativě, třídách a kategoriích dronů a též dronům, které jsou v současné době využívány složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému. Praktická část obsahuje otázky z rozhovoru s odborníkem a zároveň příslušníkem Policie České republiky. Vytvořeny jsou zde dvě modelové situace, na kterých je do detailu popsáno, jakým způsobem jsou v těchto případech drony využívány. V závěru praktické části jsou ze získaných poznatků popsány výhody a nevýhody používání dronů složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému.

This thesis deals with drones and their use within the Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief description of the Integrated Rescue System and its two basic components, namely the Fire Rescue Corps and the Police of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the theoretical part is devoted to drones in general, including their history, their components and the systems they can be equipped with. The theoretical part also includes a mention of legislation, classes and categories of drones and also drones that are currently used by the Integrated Rescue System. The practical part contains questions from an interview with an expert and a member of the Police of the Czech Republic. Two model situations are created, which describe in detail how drones are used in these cases. At the end of the practical part, the advantages and disadvantages of the use of drones by the Integrated Rescue System are described from the obtained knowledge.
