Rehabilitace přetížených extenzorů předloktí u lidí pracujících na počítači

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou přetížených extenzorů předloktí a onemocnění, která z přetížení mohou vzniknout, nejvíce se tato práce bude věnovat laterální epikondylitidě. Cílem této práce je porovnat efektivitu dvou odlišných terapií na dvou pětičlenných skupinách probandů s přetíženými extenzory předloktí kvůli dlouhodobé práci u počítače. V přehledu současného stavu jsou shrnuty základní poznatky z oblasti anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky loketního kloubu a předloktí. Dále se tato část podrobněji věnuje problematice laterální epikondylitidy, její etiopatogenezi, epidemiologii, klinickému obrazu, diferenciální diagnostice, vyšetření a různým druhům léčby. Metodická část popisuje použité vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody. Výzkumná část práce se zabývá terapiemi a následným porovnáním jejich úspěšnosti u dvou skupin probandů. Speciální část je věnována základnímu anamnestickému popsání probandů a ergonomii pracovního prostředí. Efektivita zvolených metod je srovnána na základě hodnocení při první a poslední terapii, zjištěné výsledky jsou popsané formou tabulek a slovního hodnocení. Terapie sestavená ze cvičebních jednotek doplněných o kineziologické tejpování přinesla lepší účinek než nízkofrekvenční magnetoterapie.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of overloaded forearm extensors and the diseases that can arise from overload. The aim of this thesis is to compare the effectiveness of two different therapies on two groups of five probands with overloaded forearm extensors due to long-term computer work. A review of the current state of the topic summarizes the basic knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the elbow joint and forearm. Furthermore, this section discusses in more detail the problems of lateral epicondylitis, its etiopathogenesis, epidemiology, symptoms, differential diagnosis, examination and different types of treatment. The methodological part describes the examination and therapeutic methods used in this thesis. The research part of the thesis deals with therapies and comparison of their success in two groups of probands. The special part is devoted to the anamnestic description of probands and ergonomics of the working environment. The effectiveness of the chosen methods is compared on the basis of the evaluation at the first and last therapy, the results are described in the form of tables and verbal evaluation. Therapy consisting of exercise units combined with kinesiological taping produced a better effect than low-frequency magnetotherapy.
