Fenomén napadení zdravotnického záchranáře pacientem se zaměřením na obranné pomůcky

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je analýza problematiky agrese ze strany pacienta na členy zdravotnické záchranné služby a sebeobrany zdravotnických záchranářů v krizových situacích. Aktuálnost tématu vychází z analýzy odborné literatury. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je obecně zpracováno téma agrese, její příčiny a projevy. Jsou definovány pojmy sebeobrana, krizová komunikace a sebeobranné pomůcky včetně ucelené přehledu dostupných obranných pomůcek s krátkým popisem mechanismu. Celou teoretickou část doplňuje náhled do platné legislativy. V praktické části jsme jako výzkumný nástroj zvolili anonymní dotazníkové šetření, které bylo realizováno mezi zaměstnanci ZZS (konkrétně zdravotnické záchranáře). Získaná data jsme analyzovali a provedli na základě nich verifikace námi stanovených hypotéz. Přičemž se potvrdil vliv kurzů sebeobrany, bojových sportů nebo používání obranných pomůcek na bezpečnost zdravotnických záchranářů. V diskusi jsme provedli komparaci námi získaných dat s odborníky na danou problematiku a s dalšími výzkumy. Navrhli jsme téma, které by mohlo být předmětem výzkumu v oblasti agrese proti zdravotnickým záchranářům a využití obranných pomůcek. V závěrů práce jsou shrnuty dosažené cíle práce a nejdůležitější poznatky, které tato práce přináší.

The content of the bachelor´s thesis is an analysis of the issue of aggression by the patient towards employee of the medical rescue service and self-defense of medical rescuers in crisis situations. The topicality of the topic is based on the analysis of professional literature. The work is divided into two parts. Theoretical part is about the topic of aggression, its causes and manifestations. The terms self-defense, crisis communication and self-defense tools are defined, including a comprehensive overview of available defense tools with a short description of the mechanism. The entire theoretical part is complemented by an overview of the applicable legislation. In the practical part, we chose an anonymous questionnaire as a research tool, which was distributed among the employee of the rescue service. We analyzed the obtained data and verified the hypotheses we had established based on them. At the same time, the influence of self-defense courses, combat sports or the use of defensive equipment on the safety of paramedics was confirmed. In the discussion, we compared the data we obtained with experts on the given issue and with other researches. We proposed a topic that could be the subject of research in the field of aggression against paramedics and the use of defensive aids. In the conclusions of the work, the achieved goals of the work and the most important findings that this work brings are summarized.
