Využití metodických postupů a testů pro skoliózu u dětí

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je využití metodických postupů a testů při řešení skoliózy u dětských pacientů. Bakalářská práce je zpracována formou rešerše. Ze začátku je v bakalářské práci popsána anatomie a biomechanika osového skeletu, kdy jsou následující kapitoly věnovány onemocnění skoliózy; definice skoliózy, její diagnostika, klasifikace, rozdělení dle etiologie a charakteristika jednotlivých druhů skoliózy. Další kapitoly pojednávají o samotném vyšetření jak statickém, tak dynamickém a představují fyzioterapeutické metody. Další z teoretických částí pojednává o jednotlivých léčebných metodách, jejich popisu, procentuálním zastoupení jak u nás, tak v zemích mimo Evropskou Unii a popisuje také operativní řešení. V neposlední řadě se práce zaobírá historií chirurgické léčby. Z moderních technologiích představuje přístroj FORMETRIC 4D. V závěru pojednává o využití jednotlivých fyzioterapeutických metod jak u nás, tak rovněž v ostatních státech a udává studie, které se zaobírají celkovým výskytem skoliózy a úspěšnou léčbou daných metod.

This topic of this bachelor´s thesis is the use of methodological procedures and tests in the treatment with scoliosis in paediatric patients. The bachelor´s thesis is prepared in the form of research. In the beginning, the anatomy and biomechanics of the axial skeleton are described in the bachelor´s thesis, while the following chapters are devoted to the disease scoliosis; the definition of scoliosis, its diagnostics, classification, division according to the etiology and characteristics of individual types of scoliosis. The following chapters deal with the examination itself, both static and dynamic, and present physiotherapy methods. Another of the theoretical parts discusses individual treatment methods, their description, percentage representation both in our country and in other countries outside the European Union, and describes operational solutions as well. Last but not least, the thesis deals with the history of surgical treatment. The FORMETRIC 4D device represents modern technologies. In the conclusion, it contains improvements in individual physiotherapy methods, presents the most widely used methods in different countries, and indicates studies that look at the overall incidence of scoliosis and the successful treatment of the given methods.
