Fyzioterapie u pacienta s dysplazií kyčelních kloubů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a fyzioterapií dysplazie kyčelního kloubu. V teoretické části je popsána příčina vzniku onemocnění spolu s možnostmi vyšetření této patologie. V závěru této části jsou shrnuty konzervativní a operativní možnosti léčby a role fyzioterapie. Cílem teoretické části bylo seznámení čtenářů s danou problematikou. V kapitole zabývající se metodikou jsou popsány všechny typy vyšetření, testů a terapeutických metod využitých při vstupním vyšetření, terapeutických jednotkách a výstupním vyšetření. Speciální část představuje kazuistiku pacienta s komplikovanou dysplazií kyčelních kloubů. Zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření, navržení krátkodobého a dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu, popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek včetně popisu některých cviků a výstupní vyšetření. Cílem této části bylo poukázat na jednu z možností fyzioterapeutické intervence u pacienta s touto diagnózou. V části s výsledky je efekt terapie interpretován na základě porovnání vstupního kineziologického rozboru s výstupním. Potvrdila se důležitost role fyzioterapie u této pacientky, kdy došlo ke zlepšení u všech vyšetřovaných parametrů, nejvíce se zlepšila operovaná levá dolní končetina. Došlo ke zlepšení i v oblasti ADL. Zároveň v tomto případě se doporučuje celoživotního a pravidelného navštěvování fyzioterapie.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issues and physiotherapy of hip dysplasia. The theoretical part describes the cause of the disease along with the possibilities of examination of this pathology. The conservative and operative treatment options and the role of physiotherapy are summarized in the conclusion of this part. The aim of the theoretical part was to familiarize the readers with the subject. In the chapter dealing with methodology, all types of examinations, tests and therapeutic methods used in the initial examination, therapeutic units and exit examination are described. A special part presents a case report of a patient with complicated hip dysplasia. It includes the initial examination, the design of a short- and long-term rehabilitation plan, a description of the different therapeutic units including a description of some exercises, and an exit examination. The aim of this section was to highlight one option for physiotherapy intervention in a patient with this diagnosis. In the results section, the effect of the therapy is interpreted by comparing the input kinesiological analysis with the output one. The importance of the role of physiotherapy in this patient is confirmed, with improvement in all parameters examined, with the most improvement in the operated left lower limb. There was also improvement in ADL. At the same time, in this case, lifelong and regular attendance of physiotherapy is recommended.
