Terapie epikondylitid pomocí laseru

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o fyzioterapeutické intervenci u onemocnění epicondylitis medialis et lateralis humeris. Klade si za cíl porovnat dva rozdílné přístupy k řešení tohoto problému. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a biomechanikou loketního kloubu a současným stavem dané problematiky. Dále se věnuje etiologii, klinickému obrazu, diferenciální diagnostice a možnostem terapie epicondylitidy. Speciální část zahrnuje vstupní a výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení terapie u 10 pacientů, kteří jsou rozděleni do dvou skupin s rozdílnými metodami terapie. První skupina byla léčena pomocí MLS laseru, u druhé skupiny byla aplikována individuální terapie. V kapitole Výsledky je porovnán efekt obou metod. Na základě získaných informací bylo zjištěno, že oba přístupy přináší potřebný analgetický efekt. Avšak v porovnání se jevila individuální terapie účinnější. Pro zabránění recidivy výskytu onemocnění je pro pacienty sestaven manuál s doporučenými preventivními cviky.

This bachelor ‘s thesis deals with the physiotherapeutic intervention in the disease called epicondylitis medialis et lateralis humeris. It aims to compare two different approaches to the treatment of this problem. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and biomechanics of the elbow joint and the current knowledge of the issue. It also discusses the etiology, clinical picture, differential diagnosis, and treatment options for epicondylitis. The special section includes initial and exit examinations and therapy evaluation of 10 patients who are divided into two groups with different methods of therapy. The first group was treated with MLS laser, while the second group received individual therapy. In the Results chapter, the effect of both methods is compared. Based on the information obtained, it was found that both approaches delivered the necessary analgesic effect. However, in the comparison, the individual therapy appeared to be more effective. To prevent the recurrence of the disease, a manual with recommended preventive exercises for patients is compiled.
