Vztah kvality neuro-vizuálního systému a poruch pohybového aparátu v házené

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem kvality zrakového aparátu a úrazovostí ve sportu, konkrétně v házené. Tedy zda zhoršená kvalita zrakového aparátu souvisí s vyšším výskytem úrazů v házené. Poukazuje na důležitost zrakových dovedností při sportovní činnosti. Vyšetření zrakového aparátu proběhlo pomocí baterie testů od firmy Dynaoptic. Zároveň byly odebrány informace ohledně úrazů jednotlivých probandů pomocí dotazníku sestaveného pro účely této bakalářské práce. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsán zrakový systém především z neurologického hlediska. Dále se v práci zabýváme významem neurovizuálního systému ve sportu či koordinací oko-ruka. Popsány jsou možnosti vyšetření zrakového aparátu včetně vysvětlení fungování programu Neurotracker, který byl zahrnut do zrakového screeningu pro účely této práce. Jedna kapitola v teoretické části je věnována házené a stručnému popisu jejích pravidel. Též je zařazena část o úrazech ve sportu obecně i konkrétně v házené. V části Metodika je uveden popis jednotlivých vyšetření zrakového aparátu a vysvětleno rozdělení úrazů dle závažnosti na základě dotazníku úrazovosti ve sportu. Speciální část se zabývá rozborem jednotlivých hráček házené ve věku 20-30 let, tedy zrakovými vadami, výsledky jejich vyšetření a úrazy ve sportovní činnosti. V kapitole výsledky jsou uvedeny souhrnné tabulky vyšetření všech probandů. Byla stanovena bodová škála barev od 1 do 5 dle výsledných hodnot pro lepší přehlednost souvislosti úrazů s horší kvalitou zraku. Z celkových výsledků lze vyvodit, že poruchy pohybového aparátu souvisí se sníženou kvalitou neuro-vizuálního systému.

This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between quality of visual system and injury rates in sport, specifically in handball. That is, whether the worsened quality of the visual apparatus is related to a higher incidence of injuries in handball. It points to the importance of visual skills in sports activities. The examination of the visual apparatus was carried out using a battery of tests from Dynaoptic. Simultaneously, information about injuries of individual probands was collected using a questionnaire compiled for the purposes of this bachelor's thesis. In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis, the visual system is described mainly from neurological point of view. Furthermore, in this thesis we explore the importance of the neurovisual system in sports or eye-hand coordination. The options for examining the visual apparatus are described, including an explanation of the functioning of the program Neurotracker, which was included in the vision screening for the purposes of this bachelor thesis. One chapter in the theoretical part is about handball and a brief description of its rules. Also a part about injuries in sport in general and specifically in handball is included. In the Methodology chapter there is a description of the individual examinations of the visual apparatus and there is explained the classification of injuries according to severity based on the injury rate questionnaire in sports. The special part contains analysis of individual handball players aged 20-30 years, that is visual impairment, the results of their examination and injuries in sports activities. In the results chapter are presented summary tables of the examination of all probands. A point scale of colors from 1 to 5 was established according to the resulting values for a better clarity of the relationship between injuries and worse quality of vision. From the total results, it can be concluded that disorders of the musculoskeletal system are related to reduced quality of the neuro-visual system.
