Fyzioterapeutická intervence dětského pacienta se spinální svalovou atrofií

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování tématu fyzioterapeutické intervence u dětského pacienta se spinální muskulární atrofií. V kapitole Současný stav jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky, které se týkají diagnózy. Jsou zde popsány příčiny vzniku nemoci, symptomy, typy diagnózy, možnost léčby a ortopedické pomůcky. Metodická část se věnuje vyšetřovacím a terapeutickým postupům, které byly využity během terapeutických jednotek. Speciální část bakalářské práce je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Je rozdělena do několika částí, a to na anamnestickou část a část se vstupním vyšetřením. Dále se dělí na krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Následně jsou zde popsány terapeutické jednotky, které probíhaly individuálně u pacientky doma. Výstupní kineziologický rozbor je uveden v kapitole Výsledky. Jsou zde zaznamenány údaje ze vstupního a výstupního kineziologického vyšetření, na jejichž základě je objektivně zhodnocen efekt zvolené terapie. Diskuze je zaměřena na problematiku vývoje kyčelních kloubů při diagnóze SMA a účinku genetické léčby na pacienty. Dále je zde zmíněna náročnost života s handicapem a důležitost rodinných vazeb. V závěru práce je poukázáno na splnění vytyčených cílů.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the subject of the physiotherapeutic intervention in a pediatric patient with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Theoretical knowledge related to the diagnosis is presented in the chapter Current state. It describes the causes of the disease, symptoms, types of diagnosis, treatment options, and orthopedic aids. The methodological part focuses on examination and therapeutic procedures that were used during the therapeutic sessions. The practical part of this bachelor's thesis is presented in the form of a case study. It is divided into several sections, including an anamnestic part and a part with an initial examination. It is further divided into short-term and long-term rehabilitation plans. The therapeutic sessions that took place individually at the patient's home are described afterward. The final kinesiological analysis is presented in the chapter Results. The data from the initial and final kinesiological examinations are recorded in the chapter Results. Based on these data, the objective evaluation of the chosen therapy's effect is provided. The discussion is focused on the issue of the hip joint development with the SMA diagnosis and the effect of the genetic treatment on patients. The challenges of living with a disability and the importance of family bonds are also mentioned. The conclusion of this thesis highlights the achievement of the defined objectives.
