Vyšetření zahrnuje odebrání anamnézy, aspekci, vyšetření rovnováhy včetně TUG testu a hodnocení rovnováhy a chůze dle Tinettiové. Dále je součástí neurologické vyšetření. Speciální část popisuje práci s 9 pacienty, kteří jsou rozděleni do tří skupin. První se věnuje cvičení na labilních plochách, druhá ovlivňuje trupovou kontrolu dle PNF konceptu a třetí skupina kombinuje oba tyto terapeutické přístupy. Kapitola obsahuje vstupní i výstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. The bachelor's thesis deals with the influence of balance in patients after a stroke. It uses three possible methods of therapy and compares them with each other. In the theoretical part, a cerebrovascular accident, the etiology of the occurrence and the possibilities of therapy, control of free motor skills, posture and its evaluation are described. Correct standing and walking are marginally described. The methodology is devoted to investigative procedures and the method of data collection. The examination includes taking anamnesis, aspect, balance examination including the TUG test and assessment of balance and gait according to Tinetti. It is also part of a neurological examination. The special part describes the work with 9 patients who are divided into three groups. The first is devoted to exercises on unstable surfaces, the second affects trunk stability according to the PNF concept, and the third group combines both of these therapeutic approaches. The chapter contains an entrance and exit examination, short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. The results are properly evaluated based on the entrance and exit examination. At the end of the work, the results are discussed with other studies and the positives and negatives of the used therapeutic procedures are described.
