Analýza biohazard týmů v rámci zdravotnických záchranných služeb v České republice

Abstract

Práce objasňuje problematiku biohazard týmů a souvisejících témat. V teoretické části je vymezena základní charakteristika biohazard týmů, včetně jejich zařazení do legislativy a využívaného vybavení. Dále je vysvětlena problematika biologického agens a možnosti jeho šíření s následným principem ochrany. V neposlední řadě je rozebrána problematika připravenosti České republiky na infekční nemoci a dekontaminace zasahujících. V praktické části je provedena analýza biohazard týmů zdravotnických záchranných služeb v České republice. Analýza je rozdělena na kapitoly. U každé kapitoly jsou uvedeny zjištěné poznatky a v rámci diskuse je popsána analýza, která je následně komparována s ostatními zdroji. Cílem práce je výzkumná studie biohazard týmů zdravotnických záchranných služeb, která je zaměřena na zjištění jejich současné připravenosti a fungování pro poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče u pacientů s podezřením či výskytem vysoce nebezpečné nákazy. Tato práce může být dále využita pro školení členů biohazard týmů u zdravotnických záchranných služeb v České republice.

The disertation clarifies the issues concerning biohazard teams and related topics. The theoretical section defines the key characteristics of biohazard teams, their position within the legislative, and equipment. The following chapter explores the problematic of biological agens, its application, and the subsequent options of protection. Last but not least, attention is given to the readiness of the Czech Republic for outbreaks of infectious diseases and the decontamination of responding teams. An analysis of biohazard teams of the emergency medical services in the Czech Republic forms the first part of the practical section. The analysis itself is separated into three chapters. Every chapter mentions performed discoveries and the discussion describes and compares the aformentioned chapters' methods with other sources. The aim of the paper is to conduct a scientific study of biohazard teams of the emergency medical services, focused primarily on the readiness and function required in order to provide pre-clinical care to patients who may be afflicted with a highly contagious disease. This work may serve as a guideline in the process of educating biohazard teams of the emergency medical services.
