Vliv fyzioterapie na funkci ruky a jemné motoriky u pacientů se systémovou sklerodermií

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o vlivu fyzioterapie na jemnou motoriku a funkci ruky u pacientů se systémovou sklerodermií. V teoretické časti práce je definován pojem systémová sklerodermie od jejího vzniku, přes klasifikaci až po léčbu tohoto onemocnění. Velkou část teoretické práce tvoří podrobný popis klinického obrazu onemocnění. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány použité terapeutické přístupy. V kapitole metodika jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody využité ve speciální části práce. Speciální část obsahuje popis terapie deseti probandů trpících systémovou sklerodermií, kteří byli pro terapii rozděleni do dvou skupin. Na základě vstupního kineziologického rozboru je sestaven terapeutický plán. První skupina (skupina A) cvičila s využitím terapeutické posilovací hmoty – therapy putty. Terapie u druhé skupiny (skupina B) byla prováděna podle Kabatovy metody. Následně jsou popsány jednotlivé terapie a vstupní vyšetření. Ve výsledcích jsou pomocí grafů, tabulek a krátkých komentářů porovnávány vstupní a výstupní vyšetření obou skupin. Skupina A zaznamenala zlepšení hodnot svalové síly u jednotlivých prstů. Druhá skupina B se zlepšila kromě svalové síly i v rozsazích pohybu a v rozsahu kožní indurace která se hodnotí pomocí modifikovaného Rodnanova kožního skóre. V závěru je poté uvedeno shrnutí výsledků a vyhodnocení terapie.

This bachelor thesis discusses the impact of physiotherapy on hand function and fine motor skills in patients with systemic sclerosis. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the condition of systemic scleroderma from its origin, though the classification to the treatment of this disease. A large part of the theoretical work consists of detailed description of the clinical picture of the disease. Individual therapeutic approaches which are used later on in the work are described at the end of the theoretical part.The methodology part is describing the examination and therapeutic methods later used in the special part. The special part contains initial and final examinations of ten probands with systemic scleroderma. The subjects are divided into two groups for the exercise. The first group is working with therapeutic strengthening putty – therapy putty. The therapy in the second group was done according to the Kabat method. In the results initial and final examinations of both groups were compared side by side via graphs, tables and short commentaries. The first group A showed increased strength at the end. The second group improved their strength but also their Rodnar score and increased their range of motion.A summary of the results and evaluation of the therapy is then presented in the conclusion.
