Problematika ochrany měkkých cílů v rámci urgentních příjmů vybraných zdravotnických zařízení

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany měkkých cílů na urgentních příjmech vybraných zdravotnických zařízení. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na popis základních pojmů týkajících se ochrany měkkých cílů, včetně související platné legislativy. Dále je zde vymezen pojem urgentní příjem a popsány jeho součásti. V další části se zaměřujeme na popis agresivního a násilného chování ve zdravotnictví, zásady správné komunikace s agresorem a možné následky agresivního jednání. V neposlední řadě jsou zde popsány prvky bezpečnostních opatření a možnosti ochrany ve zdravotnictví. V praktické části práce jsou pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření u pracovníků urgentních příjmů vybraných zdravotnických zařízeních zjištěna data, která jsou dále zpracována a vyhodnocena formou grafů a zodpovídají stanovené hypotézy. Součástí praktické části je také zpracována SWOT analýza, jejíž výsledky jsou společně s výsledky dotazníkového šetření okomentovány v diskuzi. Ve výstupu práce je na základě získaných dat zjištěn aktuální stav připravenosti urgentních příjmů a jsou vydána souhrnná doporučení pro zlepšení současného stavu připravenosti urgentních příjmů vybraných zdravotnických pracovišť v oblasti problematiky ochrany měkkých cílů.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of protecting soft targets on the emergency admissions of selected medical facilities. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the description of basic concepts related to the protection of soft targets, including the relevant applicable legislation. Furthermore, the term emergency income is defined here and its components are described. In the next part, we focus on the description of aggressive and violent behavior in healthcare, the principles of correct communication with the aggressor and the possible consequences of aggressive behavior. Last but not least, elements of security measures and protection options in the healthcare sector are described here. In the practical part of the work, using the questionnaire survey method, data are obtained from the emergency services workers at selected medical facilities, which are further processed and evaluated in the form of graphs and correspond to the established hypotheses. A SWOT analysis is also processed as part of the practical part, the results of which, together with the results of the questionnaire survey, are commented on in the discussion. In the output of the work, based on the obtained data, the current state of preparedness of emergency admissions is determined and summary recommendations are issued for improving the current state of preparedness of emergency admissions of selected healthcare workplaces in the area of the protection of soft targets.
