Stanovení kritérií pro volbu nositelných měřících systémů pro zvýšení ochrany členů IZS

Abstract

Teoretická část této práce obecně popsala nositelné měřící systémy a kritéria možná k jejich návrhu. Dále konkrétní systémy popsala blíže z hledisek jejich využití a technické struktury u složek IZS (HZS ČR, PČR a AČR). Obsahem praktické části této práce bylo zhotovení dotazníkového šetření, které od koncových uživatelů vyzjistilo jejich požadavky na nositelné měřící systémy. Pomocí multikriteriální analýzy pak byly porovnány varianty současně dostupných nositelných měřících systému. Výsledky multikriteriální analýzy stanovili, že model ProeTEX má nejširší spektrum využití dle jeho obecné struktury a funkcí. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření přitom stanovili jaká kritéria, z pohledu koncových uživatelů, jsou důležitá pro volbu nositelných měřících systémů. V diskusi následně byly rozebrány výsledky s ohledem na jejich relevantnost a taktéž byly porovnány s požadavky koncových uživatelů z dotazníku k této práci, ale i z jiných odborných prací.

The theoretical part of this thesis generally described wearable measurement systems and the criteria possible for their design. Furthermore, it described specific systems in more detail in terms of their use and technical structure in the IZS (Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, Czech Police and Czech Army). The practical part of this thesis consisted of a questionnaire survey, which identified the requirements of end-users for wearable measurement systems. Using multicriteria analysis, the variants of currently available wearable measurement systems were then compared. The results of the multicriteria analysis determined that the ProeTEX model has the widest range of applications according to its general structure and functions. At the same time, the results of the questionnaire survey determined what criteria, from the end-users' perspective, are important for the choice of Wearable measurement systems. The results were subsequently discussed with regard to their relevance and also compared with the end-user requirements from the questionnaire for this thesis as well as from other academic papers.
