Analýza připravenosti příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR v poskytování první psychické pomoci a posttraumatická péče hasičům

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika poskytování první psychické pomoci osobám zasaženým mimořádnou událostí a následná posttraumatická péče zasahujícím hasičům. V teoretické části práce bude popsána struktura Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR (dále jen HZS ČR) a na podkladě analýzy odborné literatury budou definovány klíčové pojmy vztahující se ke zpracovávané problematice. Práce se bude soustředit na první psychickou pomoc poskytovanou osobám zasaženým mimořádnou událostí a následně posttraumatickou péčí určenou zasahujícím hasičům, jež byli vystaveni traumatizujícím událostem. Práce se bude dále zabývat náročností povolání hasiče, a faktory, které mohou ovlivňovat jejich psychiku. V praktické části bude provedena analýza příslušníků HZS ČR v připravenosti poskytování první psychické pomoci osobám zasaženým mimořádnou traumatizující událostí, následným posttraumatickým dopadům a také bude analyzována jejich povědomost o možnostech využití posttraumatické péče. K získání výsledků bude využita kvantitativní metoda sběru dat prostřednictvím anonymního dotazníkového šetření, které bude realizováno mezi výjezdové hasiče dislokované na požárních stanicích Středočeského, Jihočeského a Plzeňského kraje. V samotném závěru práce bude vyhodnocení získaných dat a následná komparace výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů, kteří se zabývali touto problematikou.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of providing first psychological aid to people affected by an emergency and subsequent post-traumatic care for the firefighters who intervened. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the structure of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic) and, based on the analysis of professional literature, defines key concepts related to the issue. The dissertation will focus on the initial psychological care provided to people affected by an emergency and the subsequent post-traumatic care provided to firefighters exposed to traumatic events. The thesis will also look at the demands of the firefighting profession and the factors that can affect their psyche. The practical part will analyse the firefighters' readiness to provide first psychological aid to people affected by an extraordinary traumatic event, the subsequent post-traumatic effects and their awareness of the possibilities of using post-traumatic care. In order to obtain the results, a quantitative method of data collection will be used in the form of an anonymous questionnaire survey, which will be carried out among firefighters stationed at fire stations in the regions of Central Bohemia, South Bohemia and Pilsen. At the very end of the thesis, the collected data will be evaluated and the results will be compared with the results of other authors who have dealt with this topic.
