Úloha radiologického asistenta při CT vyšetření fertilní nebo těhotné ženy

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika CT vyšetření fertilních či těhotných žen a úloha radiologického asistenta během těchto vyšetření. Teoretická část se skládá z popisu principu a průběhu vyšetření na vybraných zobrazovacích modalitách na pracovišti radiodiagnostiky. Dále popisuji vznik a druhy ionizujícího záření, možnosti vyšetření fertilních a těhotných žen a účinky záření na plod. Poslední úsek teoretické části se věnuje legislativním úpravám týkajících se lékařského ozáření fertilních a těhotných žen a úlohou radiologického asistenta během komunikace s fertilní či těhotnou ženou před vyšetřením CT. Praktická část se skládá ze sběru dat o pacientech ve věku 15-45 let vyšetřených pomocí CT přístroje v letech 2017-2022. Dále jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky těhotných žen podstupujících CT vyšetření.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the issue of CT examination of fertile or pregnant women, and the role of the radiological assistant during these examinations. The theoretical part consists of a description of the principle, and the course of examination on the selected imaging modalities at the radiodiagnostic clinic. I also describe the origin and types of ionizing radiation, the possibilities of examining fertile and pregnant women and the effects of radiation on the fetus. The last section of the theoretical part is devoted to legislative amendments regarding the medical irradiation of fertile and pregnant women, and the role of the radiological assistant during communication with a fertile or pregnant woman before a CT exam. The practical part consists of the collection of data about patients aged 15-45 years examined using a CT device between the years 2017-2022. Furthermore, case studies of two pregnant women undergoing CT examination are processed.
