Význam periradikulárního terapeutického výkonu navigovaného pod CT kontrolou pro pacienty s bolestmi zad

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem periradikulárního terapeutického výkonu pro skupinu osob trpící bolestí v oblasti bederní páteře z důvodu výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky. Je zaměřena na pacienty, kteří podstoupili tento výkon opakovaně, a je u nich tedy možné zkoumat a analyzovat výsledný efekt. V teoretické části je nejprve jasně definována anatomie struktur bederní páteře, problematika meziobratlových plotének a míšních nervů, indikace k výkonu a možné nejčastější kontraindikace, které jsou s tímto výkonem spojené. Dále přibližuje průběh vyšetření a úlohu radiologického asistenta při samotném výkonu. Část práce je věnována i popisu CT přístroje pro maximální pochopení principu výše zmíněného terapeutického výkonu. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumána efektivita výkonu na vzorku 54 pacientů docházejících na pracoviště Nemocnice AGEL Louny. Výsledky jsou interpretovány pomocí grafů. Data z tohoto výzkumu jsou poté porovnávány a hodnoceny.

The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of periradicular therapeutic intervention for a group of people suffering with pain in the lumbar spine due to intervertebral disc prolapse. It focuses on patients who have undergone this procedure repeatedly, and it is therefore possible to examine and analyse the resulting effect in these patients. The theoretical part first clearly defines the anatomy structures of the lumbar spine, the problems of the intervertebral discs and spinal nerves, indications for the procedure and the most common contraindications associated with this disability. It also presents the course of the examination and the role of the radiological assistant during the procedure itself. A part of the work is also devoted to the description of the CT machine for maximum understanding of the principle of the above-mentioned therapeutic procedure. In the practical part, the effectiveness of the procedure on a sample of fifty-four patients attending the AGEL Louny Hospital is investigated by means of a questionnaire survey. The results are interpreted using graphs. Data from this research are then compared and evaluated.
