Aktivizace pacientů na lůžkovém oddělení pomocí zdravotnického prostředku Homebalance

Abstract

V úvodu práce bude představena celková problematika týkající se stáří, vzrůstající tendence doby dožití a celkové zastoupení počtu seniorů. Na myšlenku pochopení této situace navazuje samotná teoretická část. V této části budou demonstrovány konkrétní případy a faktory, které ovlivňují tuto početnou skupinu osob. Ta se převážně potýká se třemi základními změnami – fyzickými, psychickými a sociálními. Tato práce si klade za cíl za použití terapeutické jednotky zaktivizovat gerontologickou skupinu osob pomocí HomeBalance Care. Prostředí, v němž se senioři nachází je lůžkové oddělení. Cvičební plán je implementován do terapeutického prostředí – tabletu HomeBalance Care. V něm je nahrána cvičební jednotka, která je následně rozdělena do tří kategorií: horní končetina, dolní končetina a kognice. Výsledky obsahují zhodnocení celé terapie. Na základě získaných dat je zhodnocena klinická účinnost terapie. Diskuze se zabývá celkovým shrnutím terapie a porovnáním dosažených výsledků s dalšími zdroji. V závěru bakalářské práce je shrnuto dosažení cíle a klinická účinnost.

In the introduction of the thesis, the general issues related to old age, the increasing trends of life expectancy and the overall representation of the number of elderly will be presented. The idea of understanding this situation is followed by the theoretical part itself. This section will demonstrate specific cases and factors that affect this large group of people. The elderly are mainly confronted with three basic changes - physical, psychological and social. This thesis aims to activate a gerontological group of people by using HomeBalance Care as a therapeutic unit. The environment in which the elderly are located is an inpatient ward. The exercise plan is implemented in a therapeutic environment - the HomeBalance Care tablet. In it, an exercise unit is uploaded, which is then divided into three categories: upper limb, lower limb and cognition. The results include an evaluation of the whole therapy. The clinical effectiveness of the therapy is evaluated based on the data obtained. The discussion deals with an overall summary of the therapy and a comparison of the results obtained with other sources. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, the achievement of the aim and the clinical efficiency are summarised.
