Úloha radiologického asistenta při perfuzním iktálním scintigrafickém vyšetření mozku u epilepsie

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou radiologického asistenta při perfuzním iktálním scintigrafickém vyšetření mozku u epilepsie. Dále se zabývá celkovým průběhem vyšetření, anatomií mozku a radiační ochranou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je nejprve popsaná nukleární medicína, princip detekce ionizujícího záření a vybrané zobrazovací metody nukleární medicíny. Dále je zmíněna anatomie centrálního nervového systému. V hlavní části je popsáno onemocnění epilepsie, průběh iktálního scintigrafického vyšetření a radiační ochrana společně s radiační zátěží. V praktické části jsou kvantitativní formou šetření znázorněna data 91 pacientů v průběhu sedmi let. V praktické části je kladen důraz na porovnání aplikovaných dávek při iktálním a interiktálním vyšetření a zmapování statistických dat s přihlédnutím na pohlaví pacienta, opakovatelnost vyšetření a dalších adekvátních statistických záznamů podstatných pro toto vyšetření. Všechny výsledky jsou znázorněny v grafech nebo tabulkách.

This bachelor thesis focusses on the role of radiology assistant in brain perfusion scintigraphy imaging in epilepsy. Describes the course of the examination, anatomy of brain and describes protection of radiation. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part first describes nuclear medicine, the principle of ionizing radiation detection and selected imaging methods of nuclear medicine. Furthermore, anatomy of the central nervous system. The main part describes epilepsy, the examination of ictal scintigraphy, radiation protection and radiation exposure. In the practical part, the data of 91 patients over the course of seven years are shown in a quantitative form of investigation. The practical part emphasis is placed on the comparison of applied doses during ictal and interictal examinations and the mapping of statistical data considering the sex of the patients, the repeatability of the examination and other corresponding statistical records essential for this examination. All results are shown in graphs or tables.
