Využití Mechanické diagnostiky a terapie dle R. McKenzie k identifikaci faktických příčin periferní bolesti horních končetin

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací faktických příčin periferních bolestí horních končetin. Práce byla vypracována na základě porovnávání dat ze vstupního vyšetření a poslední terapie, které probíhaly pod vedením certifikovaných MDT terapeutů. Teoretická část se zabývá zpracováním anatomie a kineziologie dané problematiky, popsáním McKenzie konceptu a možných patologií souvisejících s periferními bolestmi horních končetin. V metodické části je charakterizován soubor zkoumané vzorky pacientů a parametry, které byly sledovány. Dále jsou zde popsány vyšetřovací metody. Výsledky analýzy všech nasbíraných dat jsou prezentovány formou tabulek a grafů a následně vyhodnoceny slovním popisem. V diskuzi došlo k zhodnocení získaných výsledků a k jejich následnému porovnání s dalšími studiemi. V závěru práce byly zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky a přínos bakalářské práce.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the identification of the actual causes of peripheral pain in the upper extremities. The thesis was developed on the basis of comparing data from the initial examination and the last therapy, which took place under the guidance of certified MDT therapists. The theoretical part deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the given issue, the description of the McKenzie concept and possible pathologies related to peripheral pain in the upper extremities. In the methodological part, the set of examined patient samples and the parameters that were monitored are characterized. Furthermore, the investigative methods are described here. The results of the analysis of all the collected data are presented in the form of tables and graphs and subsequently evaluated with verbal description. In the discussion, the obtained results were evaluated and their subsequent comparison with other studies. At the end of the thesis, the achieved results and the contribution of the bachelor's thesis were evaluated.
