Efekt senzomotorické stimulace a stélkování na pronační nestabilitu přednoží u pacientů s diagnózou Hallux Valgus

Abstract

Tématem této práce je využití senzomotorické stimulace a vložek do bot při terapii pronační nestability u deformity hallux valgus. První část je zaměřena na anatomii, kineziologii nohy a její funkci. Následně je přiblížena problematika této deformity, příčina vzniku a diagnostika. Práce pokračuje stručným shrnutím možného konzervativního i chirurgického řešení. Dále je blíže charakterizován výběr dvou přístupů, které jsou následně použity v praktické části této práce. Další částí je metodika, která se zaměřuje na zvolené vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy. Jsou zde také vypsány prvky ze cvičební jednotky. Následující kapitola je věnována jednotlivým kazuistikám rozděleným do dvou skupin s rozdílným přístupem terapie. První skupina provádí cviky založené na senzomotorické stimulaci a je podpořena individuálními ortopedickými stélkami. Druhá skupina má pouze cvičební jednotku založenou na senzomotorické stimulaci. Ke konci této bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a následně okomentovány v diskuzi. Z objektivního hlediska lze říci, že velké rozdíly mezi skupinami nejsou, avšak očekávaná skutečnost lepších výsledků první skupiny se prokázala a byl zaznamenán velký subjektivní posun k lepšímu.

The topic of this paper is the use of sensorimotor stimulation and shoe inserts in the treatment of pronation instability in hallux valgus deformity. The first part focuses on the anatomy, kinesiology of the foot, and its function. Then the problems of this disease, its cause, and its diagnosis are presented. The work continues with a brief summary of possible conservative and surgical solutions. And a closer characterization of a selection of two approaches that are subsequently used in the practical part of this thesis. The next part is the methodology, which focuses on the chosen investigation meds and therapeutic procedures. It also lists the elements from the exercise unit. The following chapter is devoted to individual case studies divided into two groups with different therapy approaches. The first group performs exercises based on sensorimotor stimulation and is supported by individual orthotic insoles. The second group has only an exercise unit based on sensorimotor stimulation. Towards the end of this bachelor thesis, the results are summarized and then commented on in the discussion. From an objective point of view, it can be said that there are no big differences between the groups, but the expected fact of better results of the first group has been proven. Rather, a large subjective shift for the better was observed.
