Porovnanie fyzickej zdatnosti v závislosti na anamnéze pohybovej aktivity u pacientov s roztrúsenou sklerózou

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou funkčnej zdatnosti pacientov s diagnózou roztrúsená skleróza. Kapitola prehľad súčasného stavu obsahuje základnú charakteristiku ochorenia, teoretické poznatky o epidemiológii, patogenéze a etiológii. Ďalšie podkapitoly pojednávajú o diagnostike, priebehu, príznakoch a liečbe roztrúsenej sklerózy. Posledná podkapitola je zameraná na fyzioterapiu konkrétnych symptómov a jej priebeh v jednotlivých štádiách ochorenia. Teoretické informácie o použitých vyšetrovacích metódach a jednotlivých testoch sú náplňou kapitoly metodika. Špeciálna časť práce obsahuje kazuistiky troch pacientov s popisom vstupných výsledkov funkčného vyšetrenia chôdze a spiroergometrického vyšetrenia. Ďalej sú súčasťou individuálne odporúčania kompenzačných cvikov pre každého z pacientov. Kapitola výsledky obsahuje tabuľky porovnávajúce vstupné a výstupné vyšetrenia. V časti diskusia sú porovnávané rôzne informačné zdroje o využití aeróbneho tréningu pri pacientoch s roztrúsenou sklerózou.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of functional fitness of patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. The chapter overview of the current state contains the basic characteristics of the disease, theoretical knowledge about epidemiology, pathogenesis and etiology. Other subsections discuss the diagnosis, course, symptoms and treatment of multiple sclerosis. The last subsection is focused on physiotherapy of specific symptoms and its course in individual stages of the disease. Theoretical information about the used investigative methods and individual tests is the content of the methodology chapter. The special part of the work contains case studies of three patients with a description of the initial results of the functional gait examination and spiroergometric examination. Furthermore, individual recommendations for compensatory exercises for each of the patients are included. The results chapter contains tables comparing the entrance and exit examinations. The discussion section compares various information sources on the use of aerobic training in patients with multiple sclerosis.
