Komplexní terapie funkčních poruch temporomandibulárního kloubu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice bolestí temporomandibulárního kloubu. Patologie onemocnění kloubu jsou v populaci poměrně časté a v mnoha případech opomíjené. Příznaky poruch temporomandibulárního kloubu jsou bolesti v kloubu, tinnitus, bolesti hlavy nebo bolesti krční páteře. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Úvod poukazuje na složitost celé problematiky temporomandibulárních poruch a nutnost mezioborové spolupráce. Cílem je ověření účinnosti vybraných terapeutických postupů. Přehled současného stavu seznamuje čtenáře s teoretickými poznatky dané problematiky. V této části je popsána anatomie a biomechanika čelistního kloubu, nejčastější poruchy čelistního kloubu a nejvíce využívané léčebné postupy. V metodice této práce popisuji využité základní i speciální diagnostické postupy v rámci vyšetření funkcí temporomandibulárního kloubu. Dále jsou v této části popsány použité fyzioterapeutické postupy v průběhu terapie. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky. V této části také zahrnujeme její anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor a průběhy terapií. Kapitola výsledky shrnuje účinky proběhlých terapií. Diskuze obsahuje kritickou úvahu ohledně vypracované práce. Závěr práce obsahuje stručné shrnutí důležitých částí práce.

This bachelor’s Thesis is focusing on issues with temporomandibular joint. People often have problems with temporomandibular joint, but not many of them are paying attention to them. Symptoms of the temporomandibular joint diseases are mostly tinnitus, headache or neck pain. The thesis is divided into several parts. Introduction points out a difficulty of temporomandibular joint diseases and the need for multidisciplinary team cooperation. The goal of this thesis is to verify the efficiency of selected therapeutic techniques. In the overview of a current state is introduced the theoretical knowledge of the issue. This part describes the anatomy, biomechanics, temporomandibular diseases and therapeutic approaches. I am describing the basic and special diagnostic techniques, which were used in the methodology of this thesis. Furthermore, are described the used therapeutic approaches. The special part contains the case study of a patient. This part also contains the anamnestic data, initial kinesiology examination, final kinesiology examination and proceedings of therapies. Next chapter, named Results, involves impacts of therapies. The discussion includes critical thinking about this thesis. The conclusion involves a brief summary of the most important parts of the thesis.
