Porovnání podpůrných ventilačních systémů pro pacienty s COVID-19

Abstract

ABSTRAKT Názov práce: Porovnanie prístrojov pre kyslíkovú terapiu pacientov s COVID-19 V období pandémie COVID-19 boli vo zvýšenej miere využívané prístroje pre kyslíkovú terapiu viac ako kedykoľvek predtým. Je to neinvazívna metóda kyslikovej terapie pri ktorej sa spontánne dychajúcemu pacientovi podáva zvlhčená a ohriata zmes plynov nosnou kanylou. Cieľom práce je porovnanie prístrojov pre kyslíkovú terapiu pacientov s COVID-19 v rámci ich ekonomickej náročnosti počas prevádzky v rôznych nemocniciach. Porovnávané boli prístroje určené na neinvazívnu kyslíkovú podporu a terapiu, konkrétne prístroje HFNO – High Flow Nasal Oxygen, ktoré sú využívané v nemocničných zariadeniach Českej republiky. Bolo zistené, že sú používané tri druhy prístrojov, ktoré sa medzi sebou líšia, ale majú aj spoločné znaky. Voľba prístroja je zavislá aj od konkrétnej nemocnice a ich cien za energiu, medicínsky kyslík, platových podmienok zdravotníckeho personálu a likvidáciu materiálu. Z hľadiska nákladov má hlavný vplyv dlžka pripojenia pacienta a použitia spotrebného materiálu. Nieje teda možné presne určiť pre ktorú konkrétnu nemocnicu je vhodný danný z porovnavaných prístrojov. V práci boli analyzované potreby technického vybavenia zariadení a následného spracovania prehľadu technických vlastností daných prístrojov. Posledným krokom je komparácia a zhodnotenie nákladov na základe ktorých si vie konkrétna nemocnica približne porovnať svoje vstupné náklady, prehodnotiť prevadzkove náklady a kúpu prístroja.

ABSTRACT The title of the Thesis: Comparison of oxygen devices therapy of patients with COVID-19 During the COVID-19 pandemic, devices for oxygen therapy were used more than ever before. It is a non-invasive method of oxygen therapy, in which a humidified and heated gas mixture is delivered to spontaneously breathing patients through a nasal cannula. The aim of the work is to compare devices for oxygen therapy in COVID-19 patients, within the scope of their economic demands during operation in different hospitals. Devices designed for non-invasive oxygen support and therapy were compared, specifically High Flow Nasal Oxygen (HFNO) devices, which are used in medical facilities in the Czech Republic. It was found that there are three types of devices being used, which differ from each other but also share some common features. The choice of the device depends on the specific hospital, their energy and medical oxygen costs, the salary conditions of the healthcare personnel and material disposal. In terms of costs, the main influence is the duration of patient connection and the use of consumables. It is not possible to exactly determine which specific hospital is suitable for a particular device being compared. In the work, the requirements of technical equipment and subsequent processing of the overview of technical characteristics of these devices, were analyzed. The final step is the comparison and evaluation of costs, based on which a particular hospital can approximately compare its initial expenses, reevaluate operational costs and make a purchase decision.
