Problematika tiesňového volania pacientmi so suicidálnymi sklonmi

Abstract

Obsahom bakalárskej práce je problematika tiesňového volania pacientmi so suicidálnymi sklonmi. V teoretickej časti práce bude popísaná problematika tiesňovej komunikácie na národné tiesňové číslo 155. Na podklade analýzy odbornej literatúry budú definované kľúčové pojmy vzťahujúce sa ku spracovanej problematike. Práca sa bude sústrediť na suicidálne jednanie ako aj následnú krízovú komunikáciu s jedincom demonštrujúcim samovraždu. Práca sa bude ďalej zaoberať obsahom typovej činnosti STČ 02/IZS ako aj rizikovým a ochranným faktorom samovraždy a psychosociálnym aspektom suicidálneho konania. V praktickej časti bude urobená analýza operátorov zdravotníckeho operačného strediska a ich skúsenosti s volaním s jedincom demonštrujúcim samovraždu. Zároveň bude skúmaná znalosť typovej činnosti STČ 02/IZS a jej následné využívanie v praxi ako aj možnosťami školení na problematiku vedenia hovoru s jedincom demonštrujúcim samovraždu. K získaniu výsledkov bude využitá kvantitatívna metóda zberu dát prostredníctvom anonymného dotazníkového šetrenia, ktoré bude realizované naprieč celou Českou republikou a oslovení budú operátori zdravotníckych operačných stredísk. V závere práce bude vyhodnotenie získaných dát a následne porovnanie výsledkov s výsledkami iných autorov, ktorí sa zaoberali rovnakou alebo podobnou problematikou.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the issue of emergency calls by patients with suicidal tendencies. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the issue of emergency communication to the emergency line 155 will be described. Key terms related to the processed issue will be defined on the basis of the analysis of the collected literature. The work will focus on suicidal behavior as well as subsequent crisis communication with an individual demonstrating suicide. The thesis will further follow up the content of State Type Activity 02/IRS as well as the risk and protective factor of suicide and psychosocial aspect of suicidal behavior. In the practical part, the analysis will be made of the operators of the medical operating center and their experience in calling with an individual demonstrating suicide. At the same time, the knowledge of State Type Activity 02/IRS and its subsequent use in practice will be investigated, as well as the possibilities of training on the issue of conducting a conversation with an individual who demonstrates suicide. To obtain the results, a quantitative method of data collection will be used through an anonymous questionnaire survey, which will be carried out across the entire Czech Republic and operators of medical operating centers will be contacted. At the end of the thesis, there will be an evaluation of the obtained data and then a comparison with the results of other authors who dealt with the same or similar issues.
