Porovnání individuální rehabilitace a lázeňské péče u pacientů s revmatoidní artritidou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním individuální rehabilitace a lázeňské péče za účelem ovlivnění, jak fyzického, tak i psychického stavu u pacientů s onemocněním revmatoidní artritida. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o revmatoidní artritidě v rámci epidemiologie, etiologie, patogeneze a diagnostiky. V rámci klinického obrazu jsou popsány změny v oblasti kloubů a mimokloubní projevy. Dále je popsána i terapie pomocí léků, ale i konzervativní a operační řešení. Na závěr teoretické části je popsána prognóza tohoto onemocnění. V metodologické části jsou popsány vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy použité u vstupních vyšetření, individuálních terapií, lázeňské léčby a při výstupních vyšetřeních. Speciální část zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření s popisem jednotlivých terapií u deseti pacientů, kteří jsou rozděleni na základě zvolené metody do dvou skupin. V kapitole s výsledky jsou porovnána data ze vstupních a výstupních vyšetření pacientů. Dle efektu terapií je vybrána efektivnější metoda k ovlivnění celkového zdravotního stavu.

The bachelor's thesis compares individual rehabilitation and spa treatments in patients with rheumatoid arthritis with the aim of influencing both the physical and psychological state of the patients. In the theoretical part, the knowledge about rheumatoid arthritis is summarized, including epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, and diagnosis. In terms of the clinical picture, changes in the joints and extra-articular manifestations are described. Furthermore, drug therapy, as well as conservative and surgical solutions, are also described. Finally, the prognosis of this disease is discussed in the theoretical part. In the methodological part, the examination methods and therapeutic procedures used in initial examinations, individual therapies, spa treatments and final examinations are described. The special part includes an initial examination with description of individual therapies for ten patients, who are divided into two groups according to chosen method of therapy. Data from the initial and final examinations of patients are compared in the results chapter. Based on the therapy effects, a more effective method for influencing the overall health status is selected.
