Operace katarakty po refrakčních operacích

Abstract

Teoretická část této práce se zabývá rozdělením typů katarakty, způsobů jejich operací. Dále rozdělením druhů refrakčních operací, nitrooční čoček, a nakonec výpočtem správné optické mohutnosti nitroočních čoček. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky zrakových funkcí u skupiny pacientů, jejichž oči byly operovány pro kataraktu po různých typech refrakčních operací. Na základě dosažených výsledků operace katarakty je určena přesnost metod sloužících pro výpočet dioptrické síly nitrooční čočky a určen jejich vliv na optimální výsledek operace.

The theoretical part of this paper deals with the division of cataract types, the methods of their operations. Then the division of refractive operations, intraocular lenses, and finally the calculation of the correct optical power of intraocular lenses. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, the achieved results of visual functions in a group of patients whose eyes were operated on for cataract after various types of refractive operations are evaluated. Based on the achieved results of cataract surgery, the accuracy of the methods used for the calculation of dioptric power of intraocular lenses is determined and their influence on the optimal outcome of the operation is determined
