Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza zaměstnávání žen v ČR za posledních deset let, konkrétně od roku 2012 do roku 2021. Teoretická část bakalářské práce analyzuje ukazatele míry ekonomické aktivity, obecnou míru nezaměstnanosti a míru zaměstnanosti. Dále se teoretická část zabývá ženami v pracovním prostředí, mzdovými rozdíly, genderovou segregací a právními úpravami v EU a ČR. V praktické části jsou stanoveny hypotézy, které jsou ověřovány na základě odpovědí z řízených rozhovorů. Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním žen v celé České republice, a tak je každý kraj reprezentován jednou respondentkou.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyze the employment of women in the Czech Republic for the last ten years, specifically from 2012 to 2021. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis analyzes indicators of the rate of economic activity, the general rate of unemployment and the rate of employment. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with women in the working environment, wage differences, gender segregation and legal regulations in the EU and the Czech Republic. In the practical part, hypotheses are established, which are verified on the basis of answers from guided interviews. The bachelor's thesis deals with the employment of women throughout the Czech Republic, so each region is represented by one female respondent.
