Abstrakt

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a vyčíslením investice do energetického vybavení pro objekt základní školy v Unhošti. Cílem práce je předložit ekonomickou analýzu investice a zhodnotit její udržitelnost, návratnost a přínos. Teoretická část zkoumá faktory ovlivňující vývoj cen energií v letech 2021-2023, představuje vybrané energetické technologie, charakterizuje ekonomickou analýzu investice a popisuje možnosti financování ve školství. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou spotřeby energií a hodnocením technického stavu objektu školy. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou navrženy a vyčísleny investice do energetického vybavení. Výstupem bakalářské práce jsou doporučení a zhodnocení navržených investic.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and calculation of an investment in energy equipment for the elementary school building in Unhošť. The aim of the thesis is to provide an economic analysis of the investment and evaluate its sustainability, return on investment, and benefits. The theoretical part examines factors influencing the development of energy prices between years 2021-2023, presents selected energy technologies, characterizes the economic analysis of the investment, and describes financing in the education sector. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of energy consumption and evaluation of the technical condition of the school building. Based on the acquired knowledge, investments in energy equipment are proposed and calculated. The output of the bachelor thesis consists of recommendations and evaluations of the proposed investments.
