Koeficienty tření v průmyslových aplikacích

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku brzdných materiálů a jejich využití. Zabývá se jejich zkoušením a požadavky, které jsou v dnešní době na tyto materiály kladeny. Teoretická část práce přibližuje základy tribologie, funkci brzdných systémů i v praxi využívané třecí materiály. Praktická část práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací zařízení, určeného k aplikačnímu zkoušení třecích materiálů a zároveň navrhuje metodiku měření těchto specifických materiálů. V neposlední řadě jsou v práci obsaženy výsledky měření základních parametrů brzdných materiálů vybraných vzorků a ekonomické zhodnocení výstavby zkušebního zařízení.

This thesis focuses on the issue of brake materials and their applications. It deals with their testing and the requirements currently placed on these materials. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the basics of tribology, the principles of braking systems, and the friction materials used in practice. The practical part of the thesis is concerned with a design and an implementation of a machine intended for an application testing of friction materials. Additionally, it proposes a methodology for measuring these specific materials. Lastly, thesis includes the measurement results of the basic parameters of brake materials from the selected samples and an economic evaluation of the construction of the testing machine.
