Laserové povrchové kalení litin s kuličkovým grafitem

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá povrchovým laserovým kalením litiny s kuličkovým grafitem. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní druhy litin a ostatní metody povrchového kalení. V experimentální části je vyhodnocena makrostruktura, mikrostruktura a tvrdost NiCu litiny po povrchovém laserovém kalení. Naměřené výsledky jsou porovnány s dostupnou literaturou.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the laser hardening of the surface of cast iron with nodular graphite. The theoretical part describes basic types of cast irons and other methods of surface hardening. The experimental part evaluates the macrostructure, microstructure and hardness of NiCu cast iron after laser surface hardening. The measured results are compared with the available literature.
