Vliv změny parametrů drsnosti a čistoty povrchu na přilnavost nátěrových hmot

Abstract

Teoretická část práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů jako čistota a drsnost povrchu. Dále jsou zde představeny různé typy předúprav povrchu. Také se zaměřuje na složení nátěrových hmot a jejich metody nanášení. V její poslední části jsou popsány zkoušky sloužící k hodnocení přilnavosti nátěrových hmot. Experimentální část hodnotí vliv čistoty a drsnosti povrchu na přilnavost nátěrové hmoty.

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the explanation of concepts such as cleanliness and surface roughness. Furthermore, different types of surface pretreatments are introduced. It also focuses on the composition of coatings and their application methods. In its last part, tests used to evaluate the adhesion of coatings are described. The experimental part evaluates the effect of cleanliness parameters and surface roughness on the adhesion of the coating.
