Posouzení kvality spojů svařované konstrukce

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá posouzením svarů svarové konstrukce. V teoretické části byla popsána problematika metod svařování. Byly řešeny přeměny materiálu při svařování a vady, které při něm mohou nastat. Také jsou uvedeny metody testování kvality svarových spojů. V praktické části byla provedena analýza makrostruktur a mikrostruktur svarů na konstrukci. Dále na nich byla změřena mikrotvrdost.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of welded construction. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the problems of welding processes were described. Material transformations during welding and defects that can occur were discussed. Methods for testing the quality of welded joints were listed. In the practical part, an analysis of the weld’s macrostructure and microstructure at the assembly was performed. The microhardness of the joints was measured as well.
