Návrh automatizace uzavírání papírových krabic se zámkem

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem automatizace zavíracího uzlu balicí linky s kartonovými krabicemi s pojištěním proti otevření pomocí zámku. Cílem je vytvořit rešerši využívaných principů a známých řešení a na jejím základě navrhnou několik variant řešení a vhodnou variantu rozpracovat. Byla vybrána varianta s kombinací lištového a robotického principu, byly vytvořeny návrhové simulace a výpočty a byl vytvořen konstrukční návrh a návrh řízení tohoto uzlu.

The thesis deals with the design of automation of the closing node of the packaging line with carton boxes with protection against opening by means of a lock. The aim is to make a research of the used principles and known solutions and on the basis of this research to propose several variants of the solution and to elaborate a suitable variant. A variant with a combination of lath and robotic principles was selected, design simulations and calculations were made and the structural design and control design of this node was developed.
