Metody výpočtu geometrických prvků a vliv jejich volby na výsledky měření

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vlivem volby metody filtrace a výpočtu geometrických prvků a jejím vlivem na výsledky měření. V prvních kapitolách je stručně popsán systém norem ISO GPS a přiblížena problematika geometrických tolerancí. V dalších kapitolách je popsán princip souřadnicového měření, typy souřadnicových měřicích strojů a typy měřicích senzorů a jejich konstrukce. Následuje popis jednotlivých vlivů na nejistotu měření a její kvantifikaci pomocí koeficientů způsobilosti. Dále je popsán postup měření na souřadnicovém měřicím stroji a blíže vysvětlena strategie měření a vliv volby jejích parametrů na měření, v této kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé metody výpočtu geometrických prvků. V experimentální části je měřen ukázkový díl a je zpracován vliv filtrace a volby metody výpočtu geometrických prvků na měření průměru, kruhovitosti a geometrické tolerance polohy.

This thesis deals with the influence of the choice of the filtering method and the calculation of geometrical elements and its effect on the measurement results. In the first chapters, the ISO GPS standards system is briefly described and geometric tolerances is introduced. The next chapters describe the principle of coordinate measurement, types of coordinate measuring machines and types of measuring sensors and their construction. This is followed by a description of the various influences on the measurement uncertainty and its quantification by capability coefficients. Furthermore, the procedure of measurement on a coordinate measuring machine is described. The measurement strategy and the influence of the choice of its parameters on the measurement is explained in more detail. In the experimental section, a sample part is measured and the influence of filtering and the choice of geometric element calculation method on the measurement of diameter, circularity and geometric position tolerance is discussed.
