Rekonstrukce historické budovy bývalého nádraží

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí a přestavbou bývalého vlakového nádraží na sídlo Úřadu MČ Praha Řeporyje. Obsahem práce je zjednodušený stavebně-technický průzkum včetně analýzy poruch stavebních konstrukcí a analýzy vlhkosti v objektu. Pro zjištění vlhkosti stavebních konstrukcí bylo provedeno měření kapacitním vlhkoměrem. Na základě stavebně-technického průzkumu a analýzy vlhkosti v objektu byla navrhnuta sanace vlhkosti. Dále bylo provedeno zakreslení stávajícího stavu budovy, výkresu bouracích prací a výkresu nového stavu objektu. Součástí práce je i statický výpočet zabývající se úpravou podchodné výšky krovu, zjednodušený návrh nové haly včetně vybraných detailů.

The thesis deals with the reconstruction and conversion of the former railway station into the headquarters office of the District Prague Řeporyje. The content of the thesis includes simplified building-technical survey, including analysis of construction structure failures and moisture analysis in the building. To determine the moisture of the building structures, measurements were carried out using a capacitive moisture meter. Based on the building-technical survey and moisture analysis in the building, moisture remediation was proposed. Furthermore, the existing state of the building, demolition work drawings, and new state of the building drawings were drafted. The paper also includes a static calculation dealing with the adjustment of the roof truss height, a simplified design of a new hall including selected details.
