Zařízení pro vyklápění beden

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zařízení pro vyklápění beden. Práce obsahuje rešerši prvků hydraulických obvodů a průmyslových senzorů, dále je součástí rešerše i průzkum trhu s obdobnými stroji. V praktické části je proveden návrh stroje v podobě 3D modelu s doloženými návrhovými či kontrolními výpočty, a to v podobě analytického výpočtu nebo použitím metody konečných prvků. Součástí diplomové práce je dále výkres sestavy stroje, výrobní výkres svařence základního rámu a výrobní výkres svařence otočného rámu.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of device for tilting crates. The work contains a search for elements of hydraulic circuits and industrial sensors, as well as a market survey of similar machines. In the practical part, the design of the machine is carried out in the form of a 3D model with documented design and control calculations, in the form of an analytical calculation or using the finite element method. The diploma thesis also contains a drawing of the machine assembly, a production drawing of the weldment of the basic frame and a production drawing of the weldment of the rotating frame.
