Novostavba areálu Fakulty informačních technologií ČVUT v Praze na území halových laboratoří v dejvickém kampusu

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je novostavba areálu pro Fakultu informačních technologií Českého vysokého učení technického (FIT ČVUT). Řešené území je v současné době zastavěné nízkopodlažní zástavbou halových laboratoří a jeho dostatečná rozloha i pozice představuje významný potenciál pro budoucí plánovaný rozvoj dejvického kampusu. Návrh vychází z architektonicko-urbanistické studie zpracované v rámci mého předdiplomního projektu, jehož cílem byla revitalizace celého území halových laboratoří. Vytvářením veřejného prostoru i za pomoci nástrojů virtuální reality vznikal návrh jednotlivých budov. Nově navržená zástavba umožňuje průchod územím, nahrazuje stávající prostory laboratoří, rozšiřuje kapacity studentských kolejí a doplňuje nové funkce, které v dejvickém vysokoškolském kampusu chybí: inkubátor startupů, sídlo firem a sídlo FIT ČVUT. Rozvíjející se obor informačních technologií nemá v současné době v rámci ČVUT vlastní prostor pro výuku a výzkum. Pro účely FIT ČVUT bude sloužit nově navrhovaná zástavba tvořená souborem pěti budov v severní části řešeného území podél ulice Velflíkova. Jednotlivé budovy fakulty jsou propojené nejen vzájemně, ale i s Českým institutem informatiky, robotiky a kybernetiky (CIIRK). Cílem tohoto řešení je plynulost každodenního provozu uvnitř fakulty. Současně je zajištěna komunikace budov s veřejným prostorem. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsou budovy navrženy na menších půdorysných rozměrech, může větší plochu řešeného území tvořit veřejný prostor. V návrhu se věnuji vytvoření parku s množstvím vzrostlé zeleně, vodního prvku i členitého terénu. Zeleň se rozprostírá v úrovni parteru a je i součástí zelených pobytových střech.

My diploma thesis presents a new building complex of the Faculty of Information Technology of the Czech Technical University (FIT CTU). The area concerned is currently built up with low-rise hall laboratories. Its sufficient size and location represent a significant potential for the future planned development of the Dejvice campus. The proposal is based on an architectural and urban planning study prepared as part of my pre-diploma project with the aim of revitalizing the entire area of the hall laboratories. The design of individual buildings has been formulated by creating public space using the virtual reality tools. The new development allows a walking passage through the territory, replaces the existing laboratory spaces, expands the capacity of the student dormitories, and adds new functions that are missing on the Dejvice university campus: a startup incubator, corporate headquarters, and the headquarters of the CTU FIT. The booming field of information technology is currently lacking its own space for education and research within the CTU. The newly proposed development includes a set of five buildings in the northern part of the area along Velflíkova street, which will serve the needs of the CTU FIT. The individual buildings of the faculty are connected not only with each other, but also with the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics (CIIRC) with the aim of the continuity of daily operations within the faculty. At the same time, the buildings also communicate with the public space. As the buildings are designed on a smaller ground plan, a larger area is reserved for the public space. Here, I emphasize the creation of a park having plenty of mature greenery, a water element and rugged terrain. The greenery extends at the ground level and is also part of the green residential roofs.
