Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. Výkonnost je zde zúžena na finanční oblast, a tudíž se práce zaměřuje na představení podniku a na finanční analýzu. Teoretická část vyjadřuje potřebu obchodníků zhodnocovat podnik a jeho výkonnost s představením klasického modelu finanční analýzy. Ta je rozšířena o bonitní a bankrotní modely, kde jsou výpočty přizpůsobeny pro malou českou stavební společnost, spolu s moderními ukazateli zhodnocení tržní hodnoty podniku. Praktická část aplikuje finanční analýzu a další nástroje, na základě kterých jsou navrženy doporučení k budoucí prosperitě a maximalizaci hodnoty podniku. Doplňkem k doporučení je odhad vývoje z trhu a predikčních modelů.

The subject of this thesis is the evaluation of a company`s performance. The focus of the thesis is on the financial area of performance, therefore the work concentrates on the presentation of the company and financial analysis. The theoretical part expresses the need for entrepreneurs to evaluate the company and its performance, along with the presentation of the classical model of financial analysis. It is expanded by credit and bankruptcy models, where the calculations are adapted for a small Czech construction company, along with modern indicators for evaluating the market value of the company. The practical part applies financial analysis and other tools, based on which recommendations for future prosperity and maximization of the company`s value is proposed. In addition to the recommendations, an estimation of market trends and predictive models are included.
