Využití metod finanční analýzy při stanovení vývoje finančního zdraví vybraného podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komplexní hodnocení finančního zdraví 10 společností z odvětví CNC obrábění v České republice, a to na základě finančních výsledků z let 2017-2021. Cílem je navrhnout doporučení pro udržení či zlepšení finančního zdraví těchto společností až do roku 2024. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody a ukazatele používané pro finanční analýzu a vysvětlena důležitost finančního zdraví pro úspěch podniků. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu 10 společností na základě reálných dat z let 2017-2021, použití modelu IN05 pro hodnocení finančního zdraví a hodnocení důsledků pandemie COVID-19 na finanční zdraví těchto společností. Pro prognózování budoucího vývoje finančního zdraví společností jsou použity metody regresní analýzy. Praktická část práce nabídne návrh konkrétních opatření a strategií pro udržitelný růst a zlepšení finančního zdraví analyzovaných společností. Výsledkem práce je komplexní zhodnocení finančního zdraví společností z odvětví CNC obrábění v České republice a sestavení konkrétních doporučení pro jejich budoucí vývoj.

This master's thesis focuses on a comprehensive assessment of the financial health of 10 companies in the CNC machining industry in the Czech Republic, based on financial results from 2017-2021. The goal is to propose recommendations for maintaining or improving the financial health of these companies until 2024. In the theoretical part, methods and indicators used for financial analysis are described, and the importance of financial health for the success of businesses is explained. The practical part includes an analysis of 10 companies based on real data from 2017-2021, the use of the IN05 model for assessing financial health, and an evaluation of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the financial health of these companies. For forecasting future financial health development, regression analysis methods are employed. The practical part of the thesis offers a proposal of specific measures and strategies for sustainable growth and improvement of the financial health of the analyzed companies. The result of the thesis is a comprehensive assessment of the financial health of companies in the CNC machining industry in the Czech Republic and the development of specific recommendations for their future development.
