Kontrolérem řízená teplotní komora s Peltierovými články

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zahrnuje návrh a realizaci tepelné komory, ovládací elektroniky, včetně navrhnuté řídicí desky pro mikrokontrolér ESP32. Práce byla vypracována jako lehká a cenová konkurence k draze dostupným tepelným komorám s Peltierovými články. V práci je důvodně popsán výběr jednotlivých komponentů, které byly použity. Po realizaci byly změřeny mezní hodnoty teplot, kterých je možno dosáhnout, rychlost a přesnost regulace či uchovávání teploty v čase. Z naměřených hodnot byla zjištěna nedostatečná vnější izolace komory, čímž byly ovlivněny výsledky.

This bachelor’s thesis includes design and implementation of thermal chamber, control electronics, including a designed control board for microcontroller ESP32. The chamber was developed as a brief and cheap alternative to commercially available thermal chambers using Peltier elements. The thesis reasonably describes a selection of used components. After implementation, temperature limit values, speed and accurancy of regulation or retention of temperature, were meassured. Insufficient external insulation of the chamber was determined based on the measured values, which influenced the final results.
